elster2go
Turns a bookings CSV into the e-balance sheet (E-Bilanz) of a small German UG or GmbH in the official taxonomy and validates it right away with the tax authority's official ERiC client.
Why
A holding company with a handful of bookings a year still has to file an e-balance sheet. The usual software is built for much larger businesses. elster2go covers exactly the small case: a micro company under the MicroBilG, a bank account, no fixed assets.
How
It starts from the instance of a filing the tax office accepted. Of around 1,200 elements in an e-balance sheet, only about 40 carry values – that shell is reused instead of guessed. Master data lives in a TOML file.
Before writing output, the tool runs two cross-checks: the sum of all bookings must match the change in the bank balance, and balance transfers must equal the equity carried forward. The ELSTER certificate PIN is never passed as an argument.
