VYVA
A platform that carries a cosmetic product from the customer briefing through formulation and lab testing to the manufacturing protocol – checking it against regulatory rules all along.
Starting point
In cosmetics development, formulations, ingredient data, supplier certificates and test reports are usually scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes. Any change to one ingredient can affect dozens of formulations and their compliance – tracking that by hand is error-prone.
What was built
VYVA is a multi-tenant system: every organisation is fully isolated and its customers get a read-only portal of their own. Modules cover projects, briefings, formulations with approval and sample release, ingredients with suppliers, QM and studies, compounding and lab test protocols, and automated regulatory monitoring.
The data model now has close to 90 tables. Every schema change goes through versioned migrations, and an integration suite tests the domain logic against a real PostgreSQL instance in a container. Sign-up is invitation-only, and permissions are granted per team and organisation.
